This package is intended for hospital birthing families that desire midwifery postpartum care once they arrive home after birth.

This package includes:

  • 5 Postpartum Home Visits included:

    • 24-48 hours after hospital discharge

    • 1 week

    • 2 weeks

    • 3 weeks

    • 6 weeks​

  • Postpartum phone & text support

  • ​Clinical assessment and vitals for client & baby at each visit ​

  • ​Lactation Education and Support​​

  • Emotional Support

  • Newborn Care Education and Support

  • ​Placenta Encapsulation – Capsules, tincture, cord keepsake & photos​

  • Referrals and resources provided as needed
