This comprehensive childbirth education and postpartum preparation class is offered over a weekend monthly.
2 Day Weekend Class - Includes 4 classes in 1: Childbirth Education, Lactation, Newborn Care and Postpartum Care. Class covers everything your need to know from 36 weeks gestation - 6 weeks postpartum.

Private Class: 10 Hrs
Childbirth Ed Class
1 Day Childbirth Education Class: Includes educational handouts and articles, recipes, referrals and resources, meditation tracks, birth affirmations, provider questionnaires, birth plan template and more!

Refresher Class
1 Day Refresher Class: This class is offered for experienced birthing families that desire a refresher on childbirth education, lactation and postpartum care. We also discuss how to ease the transition of a growing family and welcoming a new sibling for older children.
