Doula support is for families who desire to have emotional, physical, educational support prenatally, as well as support during labor, delivery and the early postpartum period.

This package includes:

  • Unlimited phone and text support throughout your pregnancy

  • Comprehensive introductory email with recommended reading list, recipes, packing list, birth affirmations & more

  • Hypnobirthing Tracks

  • Birth Journey & Beyond Prenatal Prep Class: 2-Day In-Person Group Class: Includes 4 Essential Classes into 1 Comprehensive Program:

    • Childbirth Education

    • Lactation Education

    • Newborn Care Education

    • Postpartum Care Education

    *Class is 12 hours of in-person instruction and includes a spot for you and your partner/support person*

  • On-call from 37-42 weeks

  • Referrals and resources

  • Unlimited Labor Support

  • Labor, birth and immediate postpartum photos and videos with free editing included

  • 2 Postpartum Home Visits
